The story of Oktober-fest in pictures

Så, etter to uker er oktoberfest (endelig) over. Til sammen har jeg vært på oktoberfest rundt 5 ganger, noe som ikke høres ut som så mye på to uker. Men tro meg, man blir faktisk lei av stappfulle øl-telt. Men gøy, det har det vært!

1: You should buy Lederhosen or Dirndl and wear it for Oktober fest!

2: To get to the Oktober-fest you take the U5 or U6 to Theresenwise. Just follow the rest of the people (The exit at Theresenwise)

3: The next thing you have to do is pick a tent and try to get into it. There are five beer-companies to pick from, but several tents. Although I would disagree on the definition "tent", they are more like huge houses.

4: If you are either a) at Oktoberfest really early, or b) lucky, or c) have waited in a really long line you might get into a tent. Your next job then will be to get a table. Which is close to impossible. The trick is to go around asking every table if they have some extra room.

 5: When you found a table you need to order "Mass Bier" or "Radler". Drink and enjoy!

6: When you had some to drink, then get up on the benches and dance together with everyone else!
