Shopping in Myeongdong! I love that place :) A shoppingstreet where more than 1 million people go through on busy days, with all the known chainstores that I like (21 forever), small stores, and streetvendors. What else would you want from a shoppingplace? and for lunch we had mandu at one of the most popular mandu-shops in Korea!
In the evening I went to meet Zuzana at the fish market. The dinner we had was very interesting. We walked around, picked a fish we wanted together with some weird looking thing and some scallop. The fishmarketplace cut the fish for us, and then brought us to a restaurant. The restaurant prepared the dinner for us which was raw fish with salad and some dipping sauce. The weird looking thing from earlier was cut into pices and it was still moving when we eat it. and the scallops were barbecued. After this we got a fish soup boiled on the left over fish!
The people next to us were eating octopus. They took a whole (about a handsized) octopus and boiled it. after a while I noticed they were using scissors to chop the octopus head, and you could see the black lead the octopus had inside its head. was looking a bit shocked, so they asked if I wanted to try one. Octopus head with black lead is really not one of my fav dishes :/ But all in all a really great day and evening!
